Terms and Conditions of Referral Program

1. Definitions

Referrer - a participant who shares a personal link and invites their friends to register in the referral program;

Invitee - a new participant who registered in the program using the Referrer's personal link;

Organizer - New Entertainment Development N.V., registration number 162581, registered address Abraham de Veerstraat 1;

4RABET - the product of the organizer of the program, a licensed online bookmaker located at the URL https://4rabetsite.com;

Referral Program - a program that allows participants to receive rewards in the form of electronic devices and free bets for fulfilling the conditions of the program;

Participant - a user over the age of 21 who has independently authorized/registered in the program via Google OAuth and is a resident or citizen of the Bangladesh;

Participant’s Cabinet - the program page designed for managing the Participant's personal links, gift raffles, and the history of raffles;

Raffle - a mechanism for obtaining a random gift from a list announced on the program’s webpage. By fulfilling the conditions of the program, the Participant gets the opportunity to participate in the raffle and receive a random prize;

Prize - a reward in the form of free bets/free spins and electronic devices that users receive after fulfilling the conditions of the Referrer or Invitee in the program;

Temporary Promotion - a change in the conditions for receiving gifts by the Referrer or Invitee for a limited time, activated at the discretion of the Organizer of the program for each individual Participant;

Free Bet - an activation code for a bonus deposit that is sent to the user as a reward for fulfilling the conditions of the program. The activation of the promo code occurs in the product 4RABET (https://4rabetsite.com) by the user independently.

Free Spin - a free spin in slots that a participant receives in the framework of the program similarly to a free bet.

Fraud - fraudulent activity aimed at obtaining prizes and gifts in the program by creating additional accounts, self-inviting to the program as a new Participant, and any other means of participating as a new user.
